I highly recommended this place a month ago, but they actually entirely take advantage and abuse the name “emergency room” so they will be paid as a hospital ER by the insurance companies. They are NOT an emergency room connected to a hospital, they are no more than a doc in a box. They do not even have MD’s treat you, just DO’s. I specifically said I would refuse treatment and go elsewhere for my broken nose because I understood this to be an “urgent care” not emergency room. The entire staff were extremely timely, courteous, helpful, informative, and very funny. The administration, nurses, doctor, and radiologist that took care of me we’re all knowledgeable and friendly. They provided excellent recommendations for specialists that fit my insurance, and followed up the next day to make sure I was well and taken care of. Quality establishment with quality people!

What I thought would be a great place turned out to be my worst nightmare. Took my daughter to be seen for strep throat. While there I wondered why three drs were working on her. Now I know after the fact. I was billed over 1200 dollars for the bill. Billing explained to me that all three drs got paid. This was after my insurance. Truly a rip off place!
