Waiting forever for the doctor to come, expect to stay there for 5 hours for a simple appointment
This is the worst medical office I’ve ever experienced. The staff is extremely rude, unprofessional, and careless. They don’t care about patients’ health or time. I’ve been waiting for a referral for almost a month, and they still haven’t sent it. All they seem to care about is charging your insurance or taking your money if you’re self-pay.
