RECEPTIONIST RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! She is answering medical questions and not qualified!!! I called as a new patient. I wanted to speak to a nurse before I decided to make an appointment. Depending upon her answer to a medical question, I may or not have scheduled. There is essentially no record keeping or care coordination here. You have to call repeatedly just to obtain or review lab results—and even then, they send you the same information you originally provided to them at the time of your appointment. Patients are expected to interpret their own labs, with the provider asking questions like, “Do you want to go over the results?” or “Was everything okay on the lab?” Each visit requires explaining my medical issue to at least three different staff members, only to discover that the ... read more

Waiting forever for the doctor to come, expect to stay there for 5 hours for a simple appointment
