DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Roger does not know what he is doing. He installed a new ac and furnace 2 years ago for me and it's been a nightmare. Long story short, I had him out half a dozen times fixing his mistakes. My ac still doesn't keep up in the summer and now I have high amounts of moisture and mold in my crawl space. Please learn from my mistake. DO NOT TUST THIS GUY.
Had brand new hvac unit installed few years back, they were fine at the time aside from a few hiccups. Few years later, we’re having ridiculously high levels of humidity in the house. Called for service, answered the first time telling me they would get back to me. Never did. I have called back a few times with no luck on even getting an answer. No text or anything. Communication should be priority for any business. I would not recommend this company due to lack of reliability.
Terrible communication and time-line. Property management company called them out a few weeks ago to fix AC, guy came out and said they needed to order a part and it would take time, about a week. No worries, that happens. Two weeks with no communication, I reach out to see the status of the part. Am told they will let me know the next day, no response for four days. Eventually I reach out to the property management company to try to get a different contractor assigned. This finally gets them to contact me and say they have ... read more
