1st Call is a great company. We have been using them for years. We have two businesses in the Austin area and one in Buffalo Texas. 1st Call has always been our go to for all things tech related including monitoring, Cameras, TVs & tablets to controll everything. They are a phone call away if we ever need them with experienced staff and prompt and professional service. On a scale of 1 to 10 they are a 10 and we highly recommend them!

Ty Hutchens did a awesome job connecting my home theater system as well as trouble shooting some connection issues I ran into. He was professional, honest and treated my home like it was his own. I will definitely use 1st Call again and will ask for Ty when I have any AV/Security needs.
