Very happy with our first call restoration. Very timely service and very professional. Everything was documented with photos and shared with us. Everything was very well done and would use again Santos, the technician at our location, was courteous and professional.

Grant is the reason we have stuck with this company. He is very informative, forthcoming with information and shows up when promised. Always having great communication. MANY could take some pointers from Grant. 1st Call Restoration is lucky to have him and he should be compensated.

WOW! Where do I start? I was so impressed with their professionalism and customer service. They were very clear spoken and very well mannered. They stayed on top of everything. Aaron kept in touch with me and was very to the point and answered all my questions and was very thorough.
