Wow, what great service. Had a pipe burst at a business and flooded part of the first floor. Aaron, Tristian and John were amazing. They informed me of the process, answered all questions that I had even down to the after care service. Friendly, informative and very calming through the chaos. 100% recommend this team. 1st Call Restoration came once again to rescue me and take care of water damage. This time from a commode in my Jack and Jill bath that leaked into the woodwork and drywall in the bath and into the bedroom. They are very professional, kept me notified of their timeline, and took care of all aspects! They came back and removed the drying equipment and checked for any remaining dampness . Santos was so AMAZING!! He was efficient, answered all our questions, so knowledgeable, worked around our schedule and was beyond kind. He made an unfortunate situation much more pleasant. Cannot recommend Santos & James enough!!
