This has been my first experience with 1st Call Restoration, and I’m extremely impressed. While it’s a service you hope you never need, it’s nice to know they are there when you need them. A special shoutout to Santos who was first on the scene. It felt like a friend came over to help. He was polite, professional, and explained everything very well. He triple checked to make sure all my questions were answered. If you’re ever in a jam, make 1st Call your only call!

Grant Duncan with 1st Call Restoration arrived at my house so quickly to help me with a leak that left water standing through out my home. He explain what needed to be done and went straight to work. Not long after Ronnie Benavides arrived to over see and offer his recommendations. I can’t thank these gentlemen enough for their hard work, kindness and patience with me. I have only good things to share about this company. Samatha answers the phone and she is delightful! She is professional and friendly and reassuring, all at the same time. She answered all my questions and told me the person who would be coming by to give an estimate. She stayed in touch every step of the way.
