Wow-talk about a great first impression! Doug and Laney at 1st Call Plumbing are really nice people. I called to make an appt. for a leaky drain and got the exact day and time I needed. Doug showed up right on time and got straight to work. Staying over an hour and determining it wasn't a plumbing issue but a roof leak, he didn't even charge us a third of the quoted rate!
