As a realtor, I have recommended 1st Call Home Inspections to several of my home buyers. He answers questions in an easy to understand manor for first time homebuyers who are learning all new details about owning a home. In September 2024, I had 1St Call Home Inspections go to my parents house to test their well. I was given options of the types of water tests. Mark was prompt on his appt time, kind and courteous. I have total trust in 1st Call to hire them to do work for my family!

Thank you Mark Hicks for the prompt and thorough inspection. The report and information provided by Mark & team was invaluable. He also gives you the opportunity to be "involved" during the inspection. We followed along with Mark during various parts of the inspection (indoor, outdoor, basement, yard, garage, attic, etc.) and found it to be very helpful and a great learning opportunity.
