so our air conditioning stopped working at the hot end of the summer so I instructed my wife to call someone local because it was imperative that the air conditioning get fixed immediately due to all of the aquariums that were in my house. Roger came highly recommended to me. He came to my home and I told him the problem I was having. He is very knowledgeable in his business and found the reason for the problem quickly. Rodger installed a LG Art Cool Heating & Cooling system. He handled the job with such care and detail. He showed up on time and completed work each day on schedule. He was very friendly, very thorough, and he gave us really fair pricing. About five years after he installed the unit, the sensor needed to be replaced. He returned, ordered the part and installed it, no problem, totally fair price. I have only had pleasant, courteous and professional services from First Call Heating (Rodger). I would positively recommend.

after being told by several friends not to use 1st call I gave them the benefit of the doubt since I don't live far from the owners house (shop). I now know firsthand why I was told negative things. I had a no heat issue which Rodger the owner diagnosed with being a bad compressor which seemed to be correct diagnoses. he told me if not covered under warranty the job would cost $1800. once we found out the $1100 part was under warranty he gave me an estimate of $1500+ to put the part in which seemed very high so I called a re... read more
