Here's why: - They promised an estimate within 48 hours after a full inspection on March 31 — it took over 2 months, with no communication or explanation. 1st Call Disaster Services answered the call at our home Memorial Day weekend. A faulty water supply line soaked our basement living space and jeopardized all contents in it. After reaching out to 1st Call on a Saturday they had Clint dispatched within the hour. Clint was on time, thorough and clean. He got our basement dried out in quick order. Very happy with their work and timelessness.
