Way too many issues with my roof and siding installation to be able to give a good review. they completed a new roof and siding installation 11/23. Immediately after installation day I had to have someone come out to re-attach the AC J-box. The weeks after cleaning up nails, screws and trash left behind. Since installation I have had to call them at least 4 times to correct siding falling off, water intrusion around the windows due to moisture barrier not being installed per the manufacturer, facia falling off, and roof leak... read more

Can’t say enough good things about this company! They helped us with everything from dealing with the insurance company to getting our basement restored! They are always willing to answer any questions and made sure we were happy with each step of the process!!! I can’t imagine going through this experience without having 1st Call on our side!!!

1st Call Disaster Services starting on process soon. Our house has not been remodeled due to Mortgage Company kept holding up the checks, from homeowners insurance. Our flooded house is finally ready to be restored. Yes 🖐️

1st call was nothing but professional and helpful every step of the way through my disaster of water damage. They came out quicky and were so kind and helpful. They worked quickly to clean up all the water. A big shout out to Brennan, Jonah and Aj on the mitigation team for great work and answering all my questions.

The 1st Call Disaster Service team was professional and very helpful. AJ, Brennan, and Jonah answered any and all questions we asked. They arrived promptly and explained how the process worked. They were great with communication throughout the process and arrived each day at the time they said they’d be there. We truly appreciated their friendliness as well as their patience with us.
