First Call was incredible to work with following a water damage incident caused from the unit above mine. Their team was knowledgeable, flexible, and prompt with their communication. Clint, AJ, Jonah, and Brennan assisted in my repairs and provided excellent service. Would recommend the company to friends and family.

Returned home from a trip and was met with a partially flooded basement when our water heater pressure relief valve failed. We were referred to 1st call by our insurance for water mitigation and the soon to be set up restoration work. AJ and Brennan did a great job with water mitigation. They took care of some demo, removed wet damaged flooring and drywall, and set up the equipment to start the drying process.
