Shane and AJ took great care of us. We needed remediation services in a pinch. Shane walked us through exactly what we needed to do and AJ came out to look at the mess and gave us honest feedback. I highly recommend this company.

1st call was nothing but professional and helpful every step of the way through my disaster of water damage. They came out quicky and were so kind and helpful. They worked quickly to clean up all the water. A big shout out to Brennan, Jonah and Aj on the mitigation team for great work and answering all my questions.... Needed emergency service on the weekend when a large tree limb punctured my roof. They were the one company (out of many) who lived up to their 24/7 advertising. Rajean went the extra mile to help me and even followed up the next day.

Insurance suggested this company. They agreed to a drywall job - I mentioned during the visit I'd paint. Everything was fine. They also agreed via email for a 2pm start. Weeks go by after following up with their office that I was ready to schedule. Sent an email with no reply. Days later they email back saying they won't make enough just doing drywall. They also added that they can no longer accommodate a 2pm start time because that costs more. What a waste of time. Terrible communication. Looking at these reviews, I'm glad ... read more
