My daughter lives here, I love it.
I moved into my 1st Avenue Flats apartment on August 1, 2020. Although my time here has been short, it has been an incredibly great experience. The management staff has been awesome ... never missing a beat to fulfill any of my requests. I love trains, so I am so very pleased, in that my apartment faces east and south right over the railroad tracks. You can practically set your clock based upon the arrival of the 2:00 AM train ... that train makes plenty of "big" noise, but I don't care ... I look forward to its arrival, and... read more
