Here it is 4 months after cancelling my insurance policy, (with cancellation letter sent) 1st Auto is STILL withdrawing payments from my account.(4 months now and counting) Which has put my account in the negative. You know...its not like I have other bills to pay. I shouldnt have to pay for 2 insurance policies. I switched insurance companies for a reason. And now this...just another nail in the coffin. Definitely bad business practice. I will NEVER insure through 1st Auto ever again.
