1st Appraisal provided timely and thorough service. Their representative was very courteous and conducted the survey quickly with minimal interference to the homeowner. The survey report was received in less than 1 week.
I highly recommend Dave and his team. He immediately answered the phone when I called, and didn't hesitate at all when I told him the appraisal had to be as of a date that was 4 months prior to him and me first speaking due to it being an estate appraisal.
