Barry was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I gave him a call he asked a few questiins to discern the model of my dryer. Then he was up front with this pricing. Gave me a time for the next day and showed up on time. He was quick to discern that the heating element went out due to over heating. He also found that a screw fell out of place pushing lint into the dryer where lint wasnt supposed to be. He explained everything to me and even told me the heating element also burnt out because the duct in the house was clogged. H... read more
