We were told that our roof had a problem by our Christmas lighting company. We reached out to 1st American Roofing Co. and Don told us the roof is fine and that we didn't need to have anything replaced and why. I really like the speed of the response and help explanation.

I had the 1st American replace my roof after a catastrophic hail storm in Brighton. These guys were prompt and curtious and answered all of my questions and took care of any and all conccerns I had. I would highly recomend them.
They have replaced my roof twice. The first time was due to hail damage and covered by the insurance. The second was because when I called Don out to check my roof again for hail damage he noticed faulty shingles and went about the job of getting the shingle company to cover a new roof due to warranty issues. The company's work its exceptional and they are very responsive to issues and concerns. I would use them for any of my future roofing needs.
