1st American Builder of Chicago did a fantastic job on my windows! Jim answered all my questions, and I didn't have to sit through hours of a sales pitch. I said what I wanted, he followed the rules set about coloring and type with my condo association, gave me a great price, and the set-up to get it all done was quick and easy. Jim was great to work with. Always kept you informed on the status of the project. They did a great siding and deck job on my daughter's house and set a shower floor in my downstairs bath. Great guy to work with.

The knowledge & the service Is uncomparable , From our windows, doors ,roofing ,siding , bathrooms 1st american took care of all our remodeling needs, Not only that, but anything they had to be done with villages with drawings, permits they take care of all that so everything keeps flowing and the jobs get done and get done quickly and done rite . I have been impressed again and again they are my builders They are my remodelers for all my projects For all my restaurants, all my properties. All my flips, this is who I use.

1st American builder of Chicago Inc. replaced our roof, gutters, siding, and bathroom window on our house! We also had them regrout our main bathroom. We are beyond happy with all the work that was done, the crew was amazing! James Halikas stopped by to make sure we were happy several times each day! It was so nice having someone we could trust. We highly recommend Jim and his team!
