I wouldn't buy another home off josh even it was free. cheap paint over wallpaper and nicotine stains so everytime we take a shower it leaks through the paint. the skylight drips water and he trimmed around it. the 2nd bathroom the popcorn texture the ceiling over black mold now it's cracking and falling everywhere. the siding was put on poorly he can't hang cabinets. (screws in the faces of the cabinets) stay away from this guy. what a awesome first home for me and my 3 kids..
