The hygienist and dentist who cleaned and reviewed the status of my teeth were thorough and clear and complete in their assessment. I felt reassured by their conclusions. Excellent care.
My friend had the worst experience at this place. The office made a mistake with the kind of visit my friend requested due to limited dental insurance coverage. Despite communicating this clearly, the office mishandled the scheduling, and when the insurance ultimately declined coverage, the staff were extremely rude, inflexible, and unwilling to take responsibility for their error or work toward a reasonable resolution.
