Sold a system for these guys and once it came time to pay me they disappeared. This is one of the reasons I was hesitant to implement solar into my company with an EPC. Companies like this make the solar industry look bad
I haven’t received the annual excess energy payment from my energy company. The energy company is starting that the solar panels were not connected (Solar1 is responsible for this). Solar1 texted me recently and I explained the issue. No response for Solar1. I’m suck with solar panels that I can’t receive excess energy payment on. Please help. Solar1/energy not trusted companies! Kenzie doesn’t respond to the issue (text screenshot attachment).
I wouldn't recommend 1 Solar to anyone! It has taken them almost a year to install my panels and they're still not all installed til this day. I have eight panels sitting in my garage now for over two months! At this point I'm contacting a Consumer Protection lawyer because they have left numerous holes in my roof that have exposed the interior of my house to rain that has left damage to my interior ceiling! No one will call me back and the customer service representative that I'm in contact with refuses to give me the name ... read more
