BEWARE... THESE GUYS ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL SCAM YOU FOR YOUR MONEY. WE PAID 50,000 FOR ABSOLUTELY A WORTHLESS SYSTEM. They told us that they monitored the performance well back in 2018 they said that the communication gateway had malfunctioned and they were sending a new one and for us to just plug it in and send the old one back. In August 2025, my solar power system stopped working without any notification from the company. I only discovered the issue by chance. It took numerous phone calls and extensive back-and-forth communication before the issue was finally resolved. My solar power was not restored until October, leaving me without solar-generated energy for approximately one month. This was not an isolated incident—the same issue occurred in November of the previous year.
We’ve loved working with 1Solar. Highly recommend hiring them to help with any solar or battery needs
