I've had very difficult time contacting someone to help me. When are my microverters went out after only having the system for 2 years. It's been over a month since I've been contacting people to get this issue resolved. However, nobody has responded to the problem that I'm experiencing. I'm very disappointed. The company is very improfessional, and I still have not received a call back to the date.
After being on the phone for three days on a problem, I have a solar panel. I then had to pay upfront for them to tell me it could be 30 to 40 days before they could come out not very happy with solar one would not recommend them.
Install took a little longer than originally planned. Toward the end of the process communication started to break down a little after everything was done and set up with Rocky Mountain power I started to have issues with the battery never fully charging. Eventually the system quit putting energy out to the battery my house or grid for the past couple of months I have been getting all of power from the grid with no solar help at all. Please let my pain prevent yours. 1Solar installed our battery system to capture our solar panel production. While the installation took a few months longer than anticipated it was overall fine. However, we began having issues in December of 2025. January 2026 I contacted 1Solar customer support and I was directed to Fortress Power, the manufacturer of the equipment 1Solar used at the time and we were able to resolve an issue with the batteries, but there will still communication issues with the system. I got my system about 7 to 8 years ago. I now have 3 panels that are not working. I have a 25 year warranty. I called them about 2 months. Left a message. Never returned the call. Sent an email. The and someone reached out. They sent someone to look at the system. After that, crickets. No one will call me back . I have been trying to get a hold of them. Have emailed a few times and they have stopped responding. From reading others reviews, these guess are horrible. No customer service. Definitely stay away.
