We've been looking around to fix or replace our AC unit and a few other items (broken coils and other systems seemed to be getting less efficient). Dennis, director of HVAC, stopped by a few days ago and he was amazing to talk to. He simplified how our HVAC system was running and had some suggestions on what we could do to make it better. **Update** While 1Solar definitely has some work to do on returning calls and scheduling. I appreciate that they have invested in Customer Satisfaction. Within hours of me posting my negative review, I heard from Ezra, who had the authority to take care of issues we've been dealing with for months. He contacted the crew who had cancelled our appointment (again) and made sure they could keep the original appointment. My furnace was almost 30 years old and needed to be replaced. I contacted 1Solar for help with my dilemma. They were prompt and professional from start to finish. I could not have chosen a better company! Everyone was knowledgeable and communicated with me every step of the way. I would recommend them any day of the week, 365 days a year.
