Visited using class pass for the RIG Engine session - it was good fun and quite a challenging workout, but I think the vibe of it is quite cold and somewhat offputting - might just be because it’s got a very industrial interior and the space is quite cramped. The staff are really nice and did get a good sweat on, but don’t think I’d join again.

It was fine but I have experienced similar better classes at PureGym. I did this on ClassPass so not sure how much it would cost but you could certainly get it for better value elsewhere. Also, my bike was super rickety and something on it scratched my leg badly. I probably wouldn’t go back to this 1Rebel to be honest, although I’d still try out different classes at other ones just to see.
