Had 3 different caregivers all different personalities but one thing in common- loved helping people through difficult times Catherine as manager is A1- accomodating to changes and staffing with sometimes short notice.
I needed some help with my housework while recovering from heart surgery. The ladies were polite, followed my instructions well, and were a pleasure to have around. I really enjoyed talking to them when our work was done.
Amazing caregivers, reasonable shifts and prices. Very accommodating to schedule changes and needs. I highly recommend them.
One Heart has helped take care of our loved one. Jesse, our caregiver, has been wonderful, caring, and is doing an excellent job. I can't express enough what a terrific experience we've had with One Heart.
I needed to spend a couple of days in the hospital but was concerned about leaving my wife who suffers from dementia. I was referred to 1Heart by a local nursing association. Raymond came out to our condo and met my wife and I to discuss our needs. We agreed on the dates/times for aide help and arranged for one of the aides to stop by in advance for a walk thru.
