I arrived at the office on June 26th, 2026, at 8:20am for an 8:30 appointment. I filled out ALL the paperwork online and uploaded ID and insurance. So I knew there wasn't a need to arrive 30 minutes prior as requested when I made my appointment. This is important for later. There was no greeting whatsoever.
