If you have a need to have your vehicle spiffed up before the snow comes, nobody does it better than 1Collision County Line. My Lexus looks better than it did when it was new! No kidding. They were also able to completely remove scuff marks and a couple of door dings. Five stars.
Just an all around great experience with 1 Collision from the moment I first called to the moment I walked out of their shop. They were able to find a way to save me money on a busted window and they were able to get it done very quickly. Overall customer experience was top notch, will definitely recommend them to others!

Took my Grand Am in after an fender bender in a parking lot. Went to a different repair shop who told me I needed to go to 6 different places to get all the damages replaced. I was referred to Jim that same day and he and his team who quickly to get my car in for an estimate and worked with me to get all damages repaired at their shop. Walking in to pick my car up, you would have thought I was family the way I was treated! Can't thank them enough for the amazing work they did! You will certainly have my continued business!
Took my Honda CR-V here after an unfortunate parking lot incident, and I'm really glad I chose them! Everyone I worked with was friendly and accommodating, the tailgate looks perfect, paint matches, and they even cleaned the interior before returning the vehicle! I went back today to have my headlights aligned and had another excellent experience. Obviously I hope I don't need body work again in the future, but if I do I know exactly where I'll go! Thanks for a great experience!
Thanks Collision One!!! The brakes in my wife's car went out the night before we were leaving for a camping trip in Door County. I brought it in at 8am. After explaining my situation, they quickly diagnosed the problem, got the parts, and had me on the way. Before the tech looked at the car they also began working on a rental car just in case the problem was more serious. Luckily it wasn't. I really felt like they made me a priority. Excellent customer service!
