Hi there. Just to let you all know, I am completely satisfied with the installation of a heat pump. The installation went ahead with no huge problems. The installation and change over was completed in 3 to 4 days. I want to thank Joseph Saad, for your help completing the paperwork and was always there when I had a question. I live in the Bay of Islands area of western Newfoundland. One click heating and cooling is your go to guys for your installation. Joseph and his team are your team.
HVAC was installed yesterday and the whole process from the start of the application all the way to the unit installation was quick and smooth with 1click and the team. Adrianna, Kenneth and Melanie will guide you all through out. We reside in Cornerbrook, NL and as to the installation, Total Energy Solution team is a PRO. We just had our Hvac installed a few days ago. We live in NL and the weather here is unpredictable. We had very cold temperatures and the heat was wonderful. The staff at 1Click were very helpful especially Adrianna, she helped me with all the paperwork to get my rebate. If you need help call her and she will help with all your questions . Cecil was the installer and his team were very professional. I am so pleased to have this unit. I live in Clarenville, NL A5A1A1.
The Specialist who assisted me when I called in, Dylan, was extremely knowledgeable, being able to walk me through how to most efficiently and effectively install the ductless system throughout my home (3,000 sqft and not open concept) even though I had areas where I had been told by others there was no place to put a unit in that area, simply by suggesting we go with a floor mount unit.
