Horrible parts , i ordered some shocks and struts for a 2012 Ford escape. They were delivered and installed , everything was good. Between those three months, three months after they went bad, I did a warranty on them, got them delivered and installed them as well, and they just recently started going bad again, that's what I get for buying cheap parts, so please guys do not buy shocks and struts from 1auto.com There's other parts that are OK. That have worked, but these particular parts have failed.
