We have done business with this company for over 15 years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. They advertise free same-day shipping, but we placed an order on the morning of the 7th and as of the 12th, we still have not received the part. We contacted customer service for assistance, but they were unhelpful and offered no meaningful resolution. Ordered a 10 piece set of lights for my 1996 Tahoe. The first shipment had 3 side reflectors and 1 side marker light (instead of 2 & 2 - right / left). I contacted customer service and they promptly sent out another side marker light at no charge but it was the exact same one (side) that I had already received. I am really disappointed today. I have used 1a auto for many years. Until today they had always been easy to work with. I had some rear brake pads with lifetime warranty and went to use that warranty and I was told that they are to old and they do not cover them after 4 or 5 years. So my thought is say its a 4 year warranty and dont be deceptive in your sales marketing.
