Ordered a 10 piece set of lights for my 1996 Tahoe. The first shipment had 3 side reflectors and 1 side marker light (instead of 2 & 2 - right / left). I contacted customer service and they promptly sent out another side marker light at no charge but it was the exact same one (side) that I had already received. I am really disappointed today. I have used 1a auto for many years. Until today they had always been easy to work with. I had some rear brake pads with lifetime warranty and went to use that warranty and I was told that they are to old and they do not cover them after 4 or 5 years. So my thought is say its a 4 year warranty and dont be deceptive in your sales marketing.
