Run away from Tatiana and if you like your money just go somewhere else this place is a dump, unfortunately I'm trapped here for another 10 months. Everything said about Tatiana on another reviews is true and even more; she will lie to get your business. She showed us one apartament and told us that the apartament we were renting was exactly the same, but we had to wait for a month to get into tne unit until the person residing on it moved, so I took my family to a hotel. Very professional and friendly, best place I have ever lived, I always recommend living here to all my friends and acquaintances, has a nice pool gym hot tub playground for kids, basket ball court, clubhouse where people can gather for coffee or breakfast, the staff is always ready to help and any maintenance/billing issues are resolved usually same day, it's a safe place for my family to live, tanisha and Tatiana make paying rent and or picking up a package an enjoyable experience, I would rate 10 if I could.
Nice place not slummy. But was unwilling to take it easy on a soldier who was moving out on security deposit. Giving 28 day notice wasnt good enough. Only had 28 days due to armys slow process time
