Jared did a golf green in our home. It was installed improperly and has had many issues. He doesn’t stand by his work or make repairs. I would never use him again. He also closes companies once he gets enough bad reviews and starts new ones we found out through the BBB. Nothing is more transparent then an F through them!
Please listen to the reviews.. I am having the same issues. This company is a joke. All Jared does is make promises. He never follow up with his word. I paid part of the money ahead... trying to get a refund after attempting to contact him several times. He always have excuses. AVOID this company
Since all reviews were deleted we will add again. Do your research. Jared has a long history of not taking care of his customers. We waited for exscuse after exscuse for over 3 months and finally had to attempt to get our deposit back. Check out Greens With Envy, Wag Station and Artificial Grass Station. All the same exscuses that we heard and others that have contacted me from Facebook posts on 19th greens (which were deleted) are on those reviews. Avoid Jared at 19th Greens at all cost! We paid 1/2 the job price up front and after many months of excuses, no call, and no shows we decided to go with another company. We are still waiting for our refund to be finalized which has been promised several times to "be there by Friday". Save the headache and use another company that cares about their customers.
