We attended this practice after being highly recommended and can attest to their quality service. Front desk staff were friendly and empathetic. We were fortunate to be able to see Dr Nathan Williams at short notice. He was personable, knowledgeable and sensible. The plans were implemented swiftly and efficiently. We are ever so grateful for your expertise.
Ive been a patient at 19th Avenure for well over a decade. At every visit from Receptionists to Doctors to Nursing Staff I have been treated with the utmost care & conversation. Even if I've had to wait a bit longer I know its because each & every patient has important or urgent needs. And always an apology from the doctor, follows. Recently I was stricken with a severe case of Vertigo, bed ridden for 5 days due to nausea & giddiness. In desperation I phoned very late in the afternoon for medication. Got a.call the night before my appointment that I scheduled over a week in advance to say they don’t have the equipment to perform skin checks
The lady's at the front desk are always so nice even tho they are so busy. All the doctors here are so kind and patient aswell. I have nothing but good things to say about this practice -Clayton
