Terrible. Gave me an amazing car that I LOVED. Sent me home with it and everything. Even took my crappy 2000 Pontiac for a $2,500 trade when I only paid $1,000 for it. Took the title for my old car, never picked up the vehicle. Told me 1-2 weeks after they sent me home with my amazing car that I had to bring it back because THEY messed something up. Derrik Skains from Wausau auto was vey friendly, patient, and not pushy. He was dedicated to helping me find the best car for me. He also played a game of Break The Ice with my daughter when she became extremely bored. I would say that Wausau Auto is a kid friendly place, and I'm thankful for that.
Went to Wausau Auto today.Was nervous and a bit apprehensive about going because my credit is far from perfect. Was greeted with a smile and handshake from Tommy. The rest of my visit only got better. He put me completely at ease and let me tell him about what I was looking for in a vehicle. He suggested a Dodge Caravan and I took it for a test drive. went thinking we would not get a car let alone a newer on! They "worked their magic" until we were happy with the cost and monthly payments. wish I could give it 0 stars. If you want a salesman to call you back to see if they have a vehicle you are looking for, GOOD LUCK. The representative over the phone told me that yes they had a vehicle with the criteria we were looking for. I aske d if a salesman could call me and let me know what they had. The rep assured me that they had a vehicle again and said that I would have to go in and see a salesman about a vehicle.
