I visited this clinic on 04/19/19 with intentions on a well check/simple labs. I was scheduled to see Katherine Hunt. I was called back for a blood pressure check and was taken to an exam room (after sitting for 20 minutes), the MA walked in with an EKG machine, I declined the EKG., she then said, are you declining the breathing test too? I have been going to this location long before it was 1960 Family Practice Center when Dr. Tony Young was there(1991). Upon his retirement I started going to Dr Aguirre who is good but they overcharged my Medicare deductible and are saying that it will be 4-6 weeks to get a refund. This is unacceptable. They are unfriendly, and very unbending in they approach. They certainly want their money now, but it seems to give it back when they make a mistake they take advantage of the situation.
