It seems the front office staff has maintained their lack of professionalism for years according to these reviews. I do love the providers I've seen but unfortunately I have run into constant disrespect and incompetence at every visit since I've started using this facility to the point of double charging me but never responding when it came time to give me my refund. Edited just now I been coming to 1960 physicians for about four years I do have some pros and cons. I’ve never had a problem up until recently like the last six months let me start off with the positives. I like every doctor + the nurse staff especially Stephanie, Maria and Vivian are very professional and nice. I want to give an A+ to Tobias. He does the bloodwork there. Wonderful office. We have followed Dr LaCour for over 25-years! He is the best doctor we know. He has helped my family and children with several issues.
