I have been on hold for almost 3 hours to make an appointment. They always have issues with their phones. My doctor was supposed to do a referral two months ago and it has not been done. For the last 30 minutes it’s been saying my call is first in line.
WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GET A COVID 19 TEST AT THIS PLACE! A swab was taken on 6/25. They didn't get it to the testing site until it was picked up on 6/27!!!! It's a 4-6 day wait for a result - THAT'S 4-6 BUSINESS DAYS! So basically, the test was done on 6/25 and results won't be back until 7/2 or possibly 7/6 if not before 7/3 (legal observation of July 4th). FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GET YOUR COVID TEST DONE - IF YOU WANT TO BE ABLE TO LET YOUR LOVED ONES KNOW IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME IF THEY'VE BEEN EXPOSED TO CV

Always late, staff not really friendly specially at front desk. Take care of the billing, if they don’t have what they want from the insurance, they will charge you back. One day they own you 500$, next day by magic you own them 100$ without any kind of visits in several months....they are borderline, dishonest for sure.
Dr Escobar wrote a false report in my fiancé’s file about treatment he didn’t even receive and now they charging him for the service. Apparently the dr went with a 3rd party laboratory that he’s facilitated with and isn’t cover with my fiancé’s insurance! He only went in for an annual wellness check up. The billing staff is no use and clueless. Do not go here.
