Very professional, helpful, and friendly staff and doctors.
I had a great appointment with Dr. Chang to discuss cataract surgery. She was very helpful, thorough, and informative. I got a call from Kevin in the office the next day to discuss surgery scheduling. I have attempted to call all day today to try and schedule surgery and have pressed numbers for every option and office imaginable, but nobody has picked up the phone. There is no message saying all offices are closed for the day or are closed on Thursdays, so I'm not sure why I can't get through to anyone at all. Very frustrat... read more
