Dr. Markus assistant at the Towne Lake office is rude and almost caused my wife to leave due to her behavior. She almost had a cardiac episode. We believe this is the same person who also treated her 96 year old mother in a very disrespectful manner a couple of years ago. She must have something on someone in that company to keep her job. She has gone to Dr. Markus for several years and liked her enough to go back even after we moved to the Austin area. Will not come back!
My doctor recommended prednisone for a cough that I was struggling with, since I have cataracts she recommended I ask my eye doctor if it was safe to use or if it could cause complications. I left a message and waited a week with no return call. I left another message and after another week of suffering with a cough I went back to my doctor for other options. Dr. Renno is very good and caring toward her patients. Hope she never retires!
Called 06Nov19 for an appointment and since they didn’t answer the phone I left a message that said that they respond within 24 hrs. Today is 09 November and no response. This is irresponsible and I would not ask them again for an eye surgery appointment.
