This is a gem in the Lane County area. The food was exceptional, the variety was good, and the pricing is commensurate with the quality of the meal. Our server, Syd, was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Each element of that made this a terrific experience. This is not just another taco house! Thank you, 1960 Cocina.
If you want to have the best birria and mexican food of your life go here. It is family owned, and the service is excellent. The food and drinks are always consistently really good and they use fresh local ingredients.
Had a fantastic experience at 1960 Cocina! The staff was incredibly nice, welcoming, and efficient from start to finish. The service was quick without ever feeling rushed, and everyone made us feel right at home. The highlight of the visit was definitely the Piña Pico—it is absolutely to die for!
