AJ is phenomenal. He is consistent, patient, educated and experienced, it truly shows in his work. He has been an excellent landlord going above and beyond to quickly solve maintenance issues and ensured a seamless transition to a different space for us - his attitude and dedication to the tenants of his properties is unmatched. Id recommend any of the cogir properties managed by AJ in a heartbeat and we cannot thank him enough for all he does.
When I first moved into a Cogir apartment I was a little worried about the way the apartments were managed, but since AJ joined in as the building manager I have noticed an immediate change, as repairs were started promptly and he is just a very welcoming soul, he made us feel valued rather than just another tenant in the apartment!! Would give 6 stars if possible :)
If I could give less then one start I would . These building are littered with mold . All they do to fix it is pant over it and rent it again .
Only reason I'm giving 5 stars is the new manager AJ since cogir took over the buildings things went down hill fast but Aj gets things done and seem to genuinely care about the people in his buildings cogir should be paying him more and flying him around to fix issues because this guys on it!!!!!!
Tammy was the name of the agent I dealt with to lease an apartment. This lady was OUTSTANDING in her efforts /professionalism and sense of humor!!! She made this process so manageable EVERY step of the way. Tammy -YOU are the BEST! Thank you thank you thank you🥰🥰🥰
