I was sick for months after leaving this place. Cockroach infested; bandaid solutions. Drug addicts basically doing whatever they want. Dogs poop and pee all over outside and no clean up. Unsanitary conditions, and high rent for what you'd be paying for! Do not give them the satisfaction of renting here. No matter what, you can do better.
The manager in this building and for 33690 has been a life saver truly very understanding I have been here for over 3 yrs and moved around alot in the last few yrs and never had such great man aj truly has changed this building n the others around . Never wish to leave bc of him .
🚨 DO NOT RENT HERE — MANAGEMENT ISSUE 🚨 The maintenance workers are kind and respectful and genuinely try their best. This review is not about them. The problem is the manager. The building has mold and serious maintenance issues and is clearly falling apart. I only realized how bad it was after moving in. I have a child with a disability, and when I raised concerns about the living conditions, the manager showed no care or concern.
