If I could give less then one start I would . These building are littered with mold . All they do to fix it is pant over it and rent it again .
Only reason I'm giving 5 stars is the new manager AJ since cogir took over the buildings things went down hill fast but Aj gets things done and seem to genuinely care about the people in his buildings cogir should be paying him more and flying him around to fix issues because this guys on it!!!!!!
Tammy was the name of the agent I dealt with to lease an apartment. This lady was OUTSTANDING in her efforts /professionalism and sense of humor!!! She made this process so manageable EVERY step of the way. Tammy -YOU are the BEST! Thank you thank you thank you🥰🥰🥰

It's the better of all the buildings, but the other buildings are known for stabbings. It's cleaner and brighter than the other buildings, but with constant leaky ceilings in the main lobby and down the halls. The carpets are stained and old. The cleaning crew are really nice, but don't hold your breath when it comes to repairs or maintenance done in a timely manner.
