1928 Beacon Hill was a five-star experience all around! This hidden gem hit home runs all around - food, service and atmosphere. Highly recommend for a special meal or an everyday hang. The bar scene is lively and fun, but doesn’t overwhelm the rest of the restaurant. If you can, ask to sit in Santiago’s section. He’s terrific. Very attentive and friendly. We’ll definitely be back!
We had a lovely meal here. I had the short rib with parsnip purée and vegetables. It was delicious and well presented. My husband had shaved Brussels and the calamari. The portions were quite large and we felt very full. Lovely atmosphere and cozy but a little noisy. We will return next time we are in Boston.
Great restaurant in an amazing location. Food and service were outstanding. Would recommend for any occasion. Great option when in Boston
For starters, the lobster nuggets, lamb chops, and scallops were amazing. The tuna tartar and bolognese were just decent. MAJOR, shout out to Valentina at the bar . She served amazing cocktails, and was extremely warm and personable.
Fantastic decor and vibe. Fun. Dark. Good energy.
