1928 Beacon Hill is a dream of a restaurant, especially for an engagement proposal. We sat in the library room, and had the best steak & scallop dinner I have ever had; melted away in my mouth like butter. I can't wait to return.
Absolutely exceptional. Every detail, from the food to the service and atmosphere, was outstanding. One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. I visited it twice during my shirt stay in Boston that lasted only for one week. Highly recommended!
Best place in the city
We stopped in for dinner and drinks and ended up having a fantastic evening. Our server gave great recommendations that made choosing from the menu easy. I went with the lobster gnocchi, and it was easily the highlight of the meal. The gnocchi was soft and perfectly cooked, while the lobster was fresh and flavorful. The portion was generous enough to leave me completely satisfied. Friendly, attentive service made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
