EXCEEDS ALL EXPECTATIONS! I received the best customer service ever from this florist. Karen took the time to actually talk to me, listen to my preferences, and purpose of the arrangement. She then brainstormed with me, talked to her designer and took the time to call me back with the final most customized arrangement I have ever ordered. My daughter was ecstatic and deeply moved by the personal touches and how fitting they were to her and our relationship. The price was better than fair. We live in Texas but came to Santa Rosa for my wedding. We ordered flowers for a wedding bouquet that was being made by my nieces. Kaitlyn was super helpful over the phone with suggesting and ordering the tropical flowers. She sent me pictures and was right on with what I was looking for. When we went by to pick up the flowers they were ready…all very fresh and beautiful. Would recommend 1920 & Co to anyone looking for a knowledgeable reliable florist!
Sent my parents a large bouquet and I think it’s stunning! The arrangement is textured, colorful, and visually interesting. Way above my expectations for flowers we ordered online! Highly recommend and will use again!
