My husband, a couple of friends, and I made a reservation at 1913 to try out the restaurant week menu. This was our first time here and we will definitely be coming back soon. The beef carpaccio and burrata were great starters. The grilled Caesar wedge salad was my favorite bite of the night. The braised short rib was incredibly tender and new york strip was wonderful. Alright, this is going to be a brutally honest review. I came for a friend's party, while we didn't get to choose, the reviews of this place spoke highly and we were semi excited. All of my friends hyped up the pasta meals and the photographic reviews even were extremely positive. I'm convinced people don't know what actual good pasta is. wonderful!!!! I will definitely be back, no matter how much I drive 2 hours, this place is worth it. My Valentine's Day was great in this place.
