Maybe it’s just because it’s university housing , but I had so many weird and unnecessary problems with 191. The apartments are nice and there was no mold or roach problems (yay) but oftentimes things would break and would require maintenance over and over again. The AC in my unit was unfixable and it was always freezing in my apartment even if the AC was set to 82. I will say, study rooms are decent. Also the elevators were so fast. The hot tub doesn’t work. I remember when the air conditioner brok Abu saeed ,it was very hot week .And before you sign the lease they treat u nicely, after you signing the lease they treat you rudely.
I stayed here for seven months in 2022. The first two months were good, but as summer approached, things were deteriorating. The air conditioner broke down. When I told them, the maintenance team came after two days and said something should be replaced. They gave me a small air conditioner to put in my room, but the water was coming out and tired me, and they fixed the air conditioner after a week. After that, the key did not open the door, and when I told them, they did not find a solution for me. They said that you have t... read more
