Lived here for 3 yrs. Loved the space! Big living room, windows and bedrooms. Staff is helpful and responsive!
Made a reservation through booking.com. Parking is tiny and hazardous to the cars. Got there and bed was broken. Told the host directly and they tried to charge me for damages. They are trying to scam me. AVOID!
We have done multiple small projects for 1900 Lofts and Shannon is always quick to respond and pay on time!
Nothing about this place was cozy or luxurious as advertised. It was dirty and looked as if it had not been maintained at all. While the decor on the picture is the same, it is however run down and is old and needs to be replaced. This was by far the biggest advertising misrepresentation I have ever seen. Well the apartment itself is an old building, interiors are made to look it new( indeed they did) so you wont feel that in day to day life, coming to amenities it has almost all of them one could ask for at that price in downtown Cleveland, rooms often feel well ventilated (good amount of windows) . Maintenance is done good Thanks to Shannon, she truly tries to make it better place.
