Went in for a tour for one of the B Lofts and it was awesome! Wendy gave me a tour and she was so detailed and helpful. Loved looking at the underground tunnels!
Have loved living in this building. The location can’t be beat, it is always clean and the whole place has a great feel to it. Management is super attentive, and easy to work with. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great downtown spot to call home!

Have had a great experience living here, and especially want to highlight the outstanding maintenance team. Kern, Brad and Monica are always prompt, professional and courteous. They go above and beyond to ensure everything is in top shape. Truly a fantastic team!
This apt complex is top-notch. Jodie & Wendy are friendly and helpful. There is so much to do in the downtown area, and I hardly ever needed to drive. Maintenance was nice and fixed ANY issue I had. Further, my neighbors were welcoming. I highly recommend this place.
