Have had a great experience living here, and especially want to highlight the outstanding maintenance team. Kern, Brad and Monica are always prompt, professional and courteous. They go above and beyond to ensure everything is in top shape. Truly a fantastic team!
This apt complex is top-notch. Jodie & Wendy are friendly and helpful. There is so much to do in the downtown area, and I hardly ever needed to drive. Maintenance was nice and fixed ANY issue I had. Further, my neighbors were welcoming. I highly recommend this place.
I took my daughter to look at these lofts yesterday and the leasing staff ladies (Wendy and manager Jodie) were amazing! They went above and beyond to help us look at available units and were extremely accommodating! 🥰
I just moved in a few days ago, so this is a first impression—but so far, it’s been a great experience. The leasing process was smooth and straightforward, and Wendy C. was especially helpful and responsive every step of the way. And Jodie went out of her way to make the move in process smooth for my movers. The building itself is a beautiful art deco style with industrial lofts with a really striking lobby. Took a leap of faith and decided to move Downtown. The staff is friendly and I was able to receive my keys within a week! I'm looking forward to spending my next few years here!
