It has been a great pleasure to live in the apartment building. Ceilings are tall, lay out is unique in each apartment, views of downtown. I also appreciate the management for taking care of the residents. She is respectful, generous, and professional. When I walk into the building I feel that it’s a home community like family and this is the first time I can sincerely say this living in Dallas Metroplex. I am compelled to share my deeply concerning experience with Jodie, the property manager. From the outset, there have been consistent violations of my privacy. Friends and visitors have reported instances of her making unsolicited judgments about their presence. On multiple occasions, she has aggressively knocked on my door, creating an uncomfortable and hostile living environment. My experience with 1900 elm was great. Started off a bit rocky but the staff really did make I was taken care of and Monica was always so nice to the resident and my dogs loved her.
Love living here. Monica is the best!!!
Living at 1900 Elm St apartments for four years has been a wonderful experience of community, reliability, and great attention to detail from office management when random issues arise. Monica is always a breath of fresh of air, bringing laughter, care and an accommodating attitude to all of the residents!
