Application was denied within 2 hours and never even did a credit check on my account. Wasted my time with the application and my families time driving there to check out the apartment.
I have just been approved for an apartment in this building, and all through this process the staff have been very quick to respond to my messages, and have provided great incite into the process. Thanks Canan, Candi, and the rest of the team for making this experience as easy as possible.
Don’t bother coming to live there. You are going to have a problem with the leasing manager Candi. She will always make you feel like you are less than her. She has the worst attitude and when you dish out the same attitude back to her she acts like she did nothing wrong and you are the irate one. The building provides parking that is not controlled by them. Today i went there for uber delivery, there a big pathole in their parking and there no caution sign or anything,it blew my airbag sensor.Worst place,nobody from management even cared about this.
I recently inquired about getting an apartment so I emailed them, I explained I'm on housing a type of housing support that pays 90% of the rent and you pay the rest. I was told other people in the building are on the same program and to apply , I gave all my personal information, I got really excited ,that me and my kids were going to start a new life just to get denied .
