Just moved to Columbus from Athens, Ohio Trying to find a new hairdresser had an appointment with Olivia today to get a full set of highlights and I don’t see no highlights. My hair looks the same as if I walked in. She was too fast not a good not a good hairstylist. Let’s just put it at that. Nobody greets you at the door when you walk in. I will not be coming back here 220 bucks down the drain If anything, I deserve my money back there’s no highlights in my hair

I’ve been going to 19 West Salon before they moved locations & I have never had a bad experience! Kallie is a phenomenal color specialist & slays my extensions every time! Anytime I see somebody asking for a salon recommendation, I always say Kallie @ 19 west.

When I moved to Pickerington five years ago, I also had to move away from my stylist due to location. I tried numerous salons and had terrible experiences. Lucky for me I found Olivia at 19 West! Olivia is awesome! She understood exactly how I wanted my hair cut! She also helped me while I took the step of going from color for years to growing out to my natural color! I have short hair and need it cut more often. She knows my hair and how I like it and I never have a worry. I am so happy I found Olivia! She is truly amazing!
