Very disappointed with our experience at 18th Ave Professionals. My husband (Bilol Toirov) has been waiting for a call back for over two months regarding a deep cleaning he was supposed to have done. He has personally gone back to the office twice to follow up, and each time he was given another excuse and told to wait. They said they were waiting for the insurance to approve the treatment, but after more than two months, we still have no clear answer or update on whether the insurance was even properly contacted. Local, no-frills, dentistry office. The waiting room was basic but the medical room was very clean and technologically up-to-date. My doctor was efficient and provided great information. If you don’t mind a longer wait, it’s a great local option! I will return.
