I cannot recommend the 1890 Williams House Inn enough! From the moment we arrived, the hosts Cody and Joe, were absolutely wonderful. They were so nice, genuinely welcoming, and went completely out of their way to make sure we felt right at home during our trip to Hot Springs. This Bnb was truly outstanding. It had the comfy feel of a home combined with the elevated services of daily room cleaning and stellar breakfasts (see picture). They even have tea and homemade baked goods out all day to grab and go. Joe and the team are super friendly and are just the cherry on top of this amazing place. I’d definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Great place to stay it was a bit pricey but the main clients there were usually older with some wealth to themselves no fault of anyone there. So for us it was bit over what our budget allowed but not bad. I enjoyed it there, owners were great very quiet place. Our cottage though was great outside of if you are a shy type person you will not like that the bathroom area is mainly open, no door to the toilet so any family, guests in the room with you will hear or see things. Outstanding! Joe, Cody, and Cody’s mom sure know how to treat their guests. We were so impressed with every aspect of our stay. Lovely accommodations, delicious food, and ultimate comfort. We can’t say enough about our stay here. We loved the ambiance as well as the history. If we could give it more than five stars, we certainly would.

My wife was in Arkansas for a work trip in Little Rock and invited me down to have a four day kid free getaway with her in Hot Springs. We'd never been to Arkansas before, so we had no idea what we were in for. After our visit to town and stay at this Inn, we will surely be back!
