This house is so charming and every room has so much character. We came for Christmas and opened our presents from under one of their many trees. Every breakfast was delicious. I have major issues with dairy and the hosts planned dairy free meals for me which was totally unexpected. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

For the past couple of years I've been eyeing Hot Springs as a possible vacation getaway. After over 30 years of continual trips to Key West to vacation, the island has been losing its charm and prices have skyrocketed out of control. Cody & Joe are truly amazing owners of this piece of history. The homemade breakfasts they create for their guests each morning are beyond delicious. I looked forward to that knock on my door every morning when breakfast was being delivered. The beds are ultra comfortable. They use Sleepy bedding and it has now become my favorite and going to be getting that for my own home. The B&B is a short walk to downtown Hot Springs. There are even hiking trails nearby.
