I work as a private security guard and all my shifts are (always grave) from around (9:45 pm - 11:00pm). I start leaving my place and head towards my car. Landlord keeps putting stickers on my car and others residential people’s car as well. No one in the Community/ Apartments complex are complaining about the parking, only her. Every time that I leave the parking space that I parked in, it becomes unoccupied for any first come first serve. Not to mention that we never received a closing statement or any kind of communication regarding why and how our deposit was used. The landlord lied to our attorney stating that she in fact did send, but she never provided proof when asked. We had friends in that complex who reported plumbing issues, bug issues, ceiling issues, outside stucco issues, and so on! Nothing was done. It’s a cheaper place to live in Huntington Beach but you get what you pay for. Unless you’re of the Mormon religion you won’t get your cleaning deposit back. I took a apartment from one of her church members that was nasty but they got their deposit back. I lived there for 10 years when we moved I left a $400 and a $200 air conditioning units in two rooms. Plus I left a $1,600 elliptical that I didn’t have the tools to move. I thought I would at least get half back $500 I got $0000000

Careful! All old reviews had been paid to be removed by owner of the complex. Reviews complaining about the problem with termites,plumbing, and so much more. All still major problems here at this complex. Homes are falling apart, roof shingles are falling off, and the worst part is the landlord doesn’t help! She seems like a well rounded landlord when you meet, but tell her about one problem, and instantly the defenses come up, claiming the now new renter “myself” is completely at fault and needs to be handled accordingly or... read more

Perfect for families or people whose looking to be around nice and cool people. Love to use the pool on Soring and Summer and the gym has enough space and weights to work out. I have being living here for the past 3 yrs and I enjoy it. One time my daughter lost my watch in the surrounding areas. I went out to look for it by asking neighbors and I found it thanks to an honest neighbor.
