I like the building and staff. Can't stand the neighborhood. Being across from the Denver skate park and Commons Park in an era where the police are defunded means constant parties every weekend long after dark. Fireworks being fired off at all times of night during the summer. Fights and violence constantly across the street. The only respite is during the winter but why pay to live in a nice area if you can't enjoy it. I wanted to get a 2br here when my gf moves in but she just doesn't feel safe and I don't blame her. Maintenance is always quick to respond to issues. Had Ryan come by to deal with my smoke alarm malfunctioning after hours. Great help from everyone at 1880 whenever I need it!
Carlos and Ervin with the Maintnence did very good job. It was excellent service.
Moved in about 8 months ago with my fiancé and have been very happy thus far. Apartment had a few minor issues when we first moved in but they were addressed immediately and have had no major issues since. Luckily have had no issues with noise, some say the skatepark across the street can get loud but being on the opposite side of the building I have had no issues myself. Overall they keep the building clean and management does a nice job informing everyone of upcoming events. Would recommend for people looking for a quality... read more
