I've lived at 1880 Little Raven for a month now, and so far it's been the best place I've ever lived! Ricki Ibarra in the office is awesome and prompt with questions, the amenities are fantastic, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and thoroughly. It's so convenient being walking distance from Kings, Union Station, parks, Highlands, and my work. I'd highly recommend living here to any of my friends and many thanks to Ricki for helping me have a seamless transition into living here!
Ricki is the best she is so helpful so nice and I love going into the lobby and seeing her smiley face!
I signed a lease at 1880 Little Raven after a promising tour. When I received the keys and entered the unit, I immediately found significant habitability issues: strong odors and very loud HVAC noise (recorded above 60 dB at night). I reported this the same day, held off from moving in, and provided management with documentation. Despite acknowledging the technician’s noise readings over 50db (not during the loudest period), management has not resolved the issues and instead asked me to pay for a lease break or accept limite... read more
***Updating the review I made below 2 years ago since I can’t make two reviews! Just want to add that Cedric on the maintenance team has been absolutely incredible. He has been so quick to fix things and even fixed a really challenging issue with my drain that would ordinarily need a plumber to come out! —- This review is long overdue. I have had a fantastic experience with the 1880 crew. I worked with Sarah directly for touring/leasing/move-in and she was phenomenal. Ricki is phenomenal! She and the team ensures our safety and makes up for any of the unforeseen issues that have occurred. I’ve been here for a little under a year and don’t plan on moving. The small issues that have come up are minimal and frankly a first world problem lol I love the area and the community here. The finishes are unique and it reminds me of when I lived abroad. Don’t let these negative Nancy’s detour you from a beautiful apt in a killer area.
