Lived here for over 4 years and had a really positive experience and sad to leave! Moving to be closer to a new job. I was in a top floor, park facing apartment. 1880 is clean, secure, with amazing park access and views of the park. The property manager, Jeannette, is a gem! So kind and reasonable and worked with us to extend our lease a few weeks to better align with our move. Maintenance is easy and fast. You can use the online portal and they show same day every time. Worst building I've ever lived at. Look elsewhere if I were you unless you want to deal with nonstop issues and poor management solutions
Roach and bed bug infested. Have too leave all my furniture and stuff bc I can’t take it. I have videos and pictures of my stay here. My daughter has gotten bitten up. Management is ignorant and not caring. DO NOT MOVE HERE. It needs too be shut down for AHA.
I've lived at 1880 Little Raven for a month now, and so far it's been the best place I've ever lived! Ricki Ibarra in the office is awesome and prompt with questions, the amenities are fantastic, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and thoroughly. It's so convenient being walking distance from Kings, Union Station, parks, Highlands, and my work.
