I recently did a tour with Ricki and ran in to the maintenance team (Joe and Abraham) who were beyond friendly and helpful. I was super impressed with the building and look forward to possibly leasing here.
Scheduled a tour but nobody was in the office when I arrived at the scheduled time. From the entrance of the building it looks very run down comparing the the pics they posted on their website.
