I signed a lease at 1880 Little Raven after a promising tour. When I received the keys and entered the unit, I immediately found significant habitability issues: strong odors and very loud HVAC noise (recorded above 60 dB at night). I reported this the same day, held off from moving in, and provided management with documentation. ***Updating the review I made below 2 years ago since I can’t make two reviews! Just want to add that Cedric on the maintenance team has been absolutely incredible. He has been so quick to fix things and even fixed a really challenging issue with my drain that would ordinarily need a plumber to come out! —- This review is long overdue. Ricki is phenomenal! She and the team ensures our safety and makes up for any of the unforeseen issues that have occurred. I’ve been here for a little under a year and don’t plan on moving. The small issues that have come up are minimal and frankly a first world problem lol I love the area and the community here. The finishes are unique and it reminds me of when I lived abroad. Don’t let these negative Nancy’s detour you from a beautiful apt in a killer area.
Building is far from luxury as advertised! The pool hasn’t worked in months and likely won’t reopen in August as they keep stating because… well no one is working on it. It’s in the same state as weeks ago. The doors NEVER properly lock so often you will find homeless people inside. We had bullet holes in the lobby windows for ~4 months before being replaced. Lived here for over 3 years and the property is great. Ricki, Jeannette, and Abraham are incredible. The pool is under construction but they are offering a solution in the meantime for us to swim and they hosted a fun resident appreciation month with free tickets to games and treats every week. They are always attentive to residents, communicative, and professional. Not sure why all the hate all of a sudden. Sheesh people there doing their best and it’s only 1/10+ amenities and offerings down! Move if you hate it.
