Bailey and Jeanette at 1880 Little Raven have been great. Bailey helped me with my tour, my move in, and all of my questions since I’ve been living here this year. Highly recommend this complex and had a great experience. They also host very nice resident events.
While the apartment itself is quite nice, I received a unit in disrepair when I moved in. I noticed most of these things on move-in, but some I didn't notice until 1-2 weeks in: 1. Broken water redirect knob in the shower 2. Nonfunctional A/C; Smart A/C also could not connect to the WiFi 3. Broken ceiling lights in the common room 4. Broken mirror lights 5. Cracked shelves in the fridge 6. Severely stained kitchen drawer 7. Broken oven light 8. Kitchen faucet water pressure too high; also no option to use "spray" mode Manage... read more

The maintenance guy, Cedric, is amazing! He’s super nice & answers my maintenance requests right away. Thank you so much, Cedric!
Maintenance is always quick to respond to issues. Had Ryan come by to deal with my smoke alarm malfunctioning after hours. Great help from everyone at 1880 whenever I need it!
