After living at City View Apartments for over 5 years, I can say—without exaggeration—that this place has set the bar incredibly high. So high, in fact, I now judge every other apartment by “Would City View have done it better?” (Spoiler: usually yes.) The apartments are modern, clean, and solidly built. Will deny your application, then provide a list of reasons as to why it could have been denied after your credit takes a hit from their bullshit “soft” credit check. Don’t even bother applying.

I was stayed at this apartment for 1 year No complain about stay. but when I vacat vial last inspection the manager changed me $150 that not fair. there was some tape on the wall anyway they need to paint she was finding theway to take money from me...

Terrible management – avoid at all costs The manager lady is hands down the rudest, most unprofessional property manager I’ve ever dealt with. Her nasty attitude seeps right down to her staff, making the entire place toxic. Any issue was met with hostility instead of help. I was thrilled to move out just to get away from them. Do yourself a favour and avoid renting here if you don’t want to deal with constant disrespect and zero accountability.
