Thank you so much, for your quick unnecessary response. I originally hadn't commented and only left a 1 star. However I don't appreciate you lying, that makes me further concerned about your business practices. What actually happened I called asked if you provided nail trimming for cats. The receptionist said yes. I asked the cost. She responded $30. I asked if I may book. She said yes, have you been here before. I said no, she said ok we will do a quick consultation when you arrive. Very grateful to the staff and doctors at 186 St Animal Hospital. With a very complex personal schedule, the doctors were very accommodating with scheduling and treating my cat for a tooth extraction. Not only were they accommodating but patient and very thorough with any questions I had. As much as we like minimizing our vet visits, I won't think twice before booking another visit here when in need. Thank you again to your team!

The veterinarian and his team were friendly and quite thorough with our cat. Super helpful with our inquiries and don’t forget to pet Cinderella while you’re there.
