Vanessa has been very helpful with very step of my renewal good job always helpful and nice.
Have lived here a little over a year now. When we first moved in, Fredy was the office manager and things were not bad. We had the occasional roach issue but it was manageable by having pest control come out once a month. We just renewed our lease, with a price increase. But things have gotten so much worse. The people that live here are nasty. We've seen people leave whole bags of trash in the hall, there's constantly food wrappers and food itself left in the stairways and not cleaned for several days. Excellent Apartment….. I have been living here for 3 years…. You’re not going to find a better apartment for the $$$$….. Maintenance men been here for 20 years …. complex is clean and free of pests…. We have an Awesome Gym and laundry facilities…. Also a pool… parking is not a problem….. residences mine there own business and are friendly…. there’s also a play area for your kids to play in…. The building is older, but well maintained with central heat and air and all utilities are included…. I don’t plan to move Anytime soon... read more
Review I’ve lived in this apartment for 9 months. I really enjoy this apartment because…. • Amazon Hub: I didn’t know about it but it’s very safe and convenient. • Modern laundry/dryer in our unit. • The Metro bus K6 & Ride on bus 16 are just in front of and behind the entrance. • The kitchen counter is nice. • Nice ceiling fans in each bed room and the dining room • Modern blinds, no strings:) • Swimming pool • Gym (most of time nobody is there) • Computer room, free prints • Little playground • Office people respond and so... read more
