First of all the person who handled my application is Vanessa. OMG she is very nice I have never seen people like her in a leasing office. The process was so fast and easy. She always had a solution for all my problems because I was in Pennsylvania when I was applying. My moov in was so great and I found a little gift in my apartment. It is my pleasure to make this adventure here. I love the place.
Vanessa the Assistant Community Manager at 1840 Apartments was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to show us around, answer all of our questions, and made the application process smooth and easy. Even though we ultimately decided not to move forward with the apartment, her professionalism and kindness really stood out.
